Once digital access, download capability, login access, streaming access, membership access, or delivery capability has been provided, the product is considered delivered and non-returnable.

Quantumize Hax does not guarantee compatibility with user devices, software, operating systems, third-party systems, internet connections, technical ability, or external platforms.


5. Services & Consulting

All consulting, strategic, creative, media, educational, development, branding, technology, publishing, marketing, AI-related, and advisory services are non-refundable.

Professional time, expertise, scheduling, operational allocation, intellectual labor, analysis, planning, consultation, and project preparation begin generating value immediately upon engagement.

Completed work, partially completed work, initiated work, reserved work time, or scheduled services remain billable and non-refundable.


6. Deposits & Project Payments

Deposits, retainers, milestone payments, setup fees, reservation fees, onboarding fees, and project initiation payments are non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Quantumize Hax.

Quantumize Hax reserves resources, scheduling, infrastructure, operational capacity, consultation availability, and development time upon project acceptance or payment confirmation.

Client delays, communication interruptions, project abandonment, indecision, business changes, financial hardship, strategic pivots, or external circumstances do not create refund obligations.


7. Subscription & Membership Services

For subscriptions, memberships, recurring services, or ongoing access programs:

  • Users are responsible for managing cancellations before renewal dates
  • Renewals may process automatically depending on platform configuration
  • No refunds will be issued for unused time or unused access
  • No prorated refunds will be issued
  • Failure to utilize services does not create refund eligibility

Cancellation stops future billing only and does not reverse or refund previously processed charges.

9. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered at the sole and absolute discretion of Quantumize Hax under limited circumstances such as:
